SWDPR Main modifications consultation

6 January 2026 to 17 February 2026

This consultation will be a final chance to comment on the inspectors proposed changes (known as main modifications) to the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review.

Wychavon Town Supplementary Planning Document consultation

12 January 2026 to 17 February 2026

The Wychavon Town Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is a set of guidance developers should follow when preparing planning applications for Wychavon Town.

It will give more information about the vision for the town and what is planned. You will be able to have your say on the contents of the SPD and help shape it before it is officially adopted by councillors. Once adopted it will become a 'material consideration' meaning it must be considered by planners when deciding on Wychavon Town planning applications.
